If you didn't hear Sasha and Christine chatting live the other day, I strongly recommend you take the time to go to the archives and listen to the recording. These two dynamic PCOS activists discussed PCOS in a way I never can, because I do not have the diagnosis myself. They've both decided not to let their diagnosis define them in limiting ways, but rather to inspire them to pursue self-care and excellence in ways they may never have been challenged to do, had they not been diagnosed with PCOS.
