A new client and I found this recipe online during her consultation. If you use Yoplait Greek yogurt, you can use this to increase both your protein and vitamin D intake.

1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons canola mayonnaise
1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice (fresh is best)
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
