Hello everyone,
If you haven't heard about the great program being sponsored by Green Mountain at Fox Run, created just for women like you, you need to! This resort in Vermont has created a program (one or two weeks long, your choice) that addresses the issues you're coming to this blog for. It gives you an opportunity to step off of your treadmill, learn some great stuff, and actually experience what healthy eating, stress management, activity, and sleep can feel like.
I'll be there the entire time, and I'll be available for individual counseling for those who wish. I don't get back East that often any more, so I want to be sure anyone who is back there who has written about when I am coming again, knows where I'll be and when.
