Hello readers! Recently I have had the opportunity to speak with several women with PCOS who have become pregnant and had children. In each case, they shared that during the time they were pregnant, it felt as though their hormones were normal, as if their PCOS"went away". And a few months after delivery, it returned again. For these women, the experience was validating, in that for the first time they felt that their PCOS was not their"fault", that it truly was a medical condition. Have you or have you not had the same experience? It's a fascinating observation to me, and I would like to better understand it. Thanks in advance for sharing whatever you can!
