We're going to take a week off of menus and see how you're doing with our challenge. As you read the list of foods and peruse PCOS Diva's menus, are you noticing places where you are having trouble getting it all in?
There is no such thing as perfect eating, and there is merit to eating a wide variety of foods to include as many nutrients as possible.
If we've encouraged you to eat a few new foods, or if you can identify a new reason why an old favorite might be important, then the exercise succeeded.
