Honored to know Amber! Here is her PCOS story!

You have been hearing about Amber, here is her story!

We're super proud of Amber! Now you can meet her in the story that aired yesterday on LA's ABC-7.

A couple of notes here that I think it is very important to clarify.

The star of this story, is Amber. She is the one who did the work. She is the one who pushed herself out of her comfort zone. She is the one who continues to eat the way She learned to eat, not because she is on a diet, but because she made the decision to change her lifestyle.

Along the way, she had to try some things…some worked, some didn't. She would not have known that if she had not made the effort to try new things. The ultimate program she is on is not really my program or Craig's program, but rather one she created for herself, based on a menu of suggestions we provided her.

When you make such a significant change, everyone out there can suddenly become an expert. It can be hard to stay on course because if someone isn't bugging you to try a suggestion of some kind, they're micromanaging your progress. The remarkable quality Amber has, and it is probably one of the biggest keys to her success, is her ability to do what it takes to stay true to herself. She has the ability to keep her eye on the prize, even if it is difficult.

Lori Corbin is the other superstar in this story. PCOS is not a topic that gets into the news much, but she made time to get to know Amber and told her story in a way that I hope helped all of you feel that you could create your own journey as well! Thanks bunches!

Craig and I are in the story, yes, but it is really Amber's story.

If you are so inclined, leave a note and connect with Amber! At inCYST we just love her and we are very honored and grateful to know her.: )
