Just a note to say how much fun I had at PCOS Boot Camp here in Phoenix over the weekend!
Here in this photo you see five inCYST professionals: (left to right) Susan Lundgren, ND, who organized the event, me (Monika Woolsey), Herbalista Luisa Evonne Valdez, yoga instructor Sarah Jones, RYT, and dietitian Christi Wheeler, MS, RD. Those who came had a great time learning, practicing yoga, eating a healthy lunch, and gaining inspiration.
We hope to be able to offer more events in the future. Thanks to those who supported our first venture!
